Q: Can I activate more than one vacation?
A: Yes you can. Simply enter the quantity you wish to activate on the pay pal form.
Q: Can I receive a refund of my activation fee?
A: You may receive a full refund of your activation fee under the following conditions:
Refund Policy:
1. Once you receive your vacation documents in the mail from the vacation provider. You must not bend, tare, write on, or alter the form in any way. You may then return the form by registered mail within 30 days to: Celebrity Productions P.O. Box 1935 Woodbridge, VA 22195. If we receive the form un-altered and un-damaged we will send you a full refund of your activation fee within 10 business days from the date we received the returned documents. If the form is altered or damaged in any way, we will return the form back to you and you will not receive a refund.
2. If you have followed all of the terms and conditions of your vacation package and you still were not able to receive the vacation you were promised from the provider, in the time allowed. We will contact the provider and verify that you have followed the terms and conditions as stated. If the fault lies with the provider, we will refund your activation fee, and give you another vacation of your choice from a different provider. If the fault lies with you, we will not refund your activation fee, but we will give you your choice of another vacation. From the same or a different vacation provider.
