Refund Policy

You may receive a full refund of your activation fee under the following terms and conditions:

You may receive a full refund of your activation fee if the service provider is not able to provide you the services listed on their reservation forms. This may include but is not limited to; going out of business or having no availability. If the service provider becomes a victim of the acts of God, or natural disaster. If the service provider is not able to provide their services to you for any of the above reasons, you will receive a full refund of your activation fee from Celebrity Productions.

You may not receive a refund of your activation fee under these following conditions:

   1.   Non-Compliance : This refers to not following the proper instructions set forth by the service provider. Every service provider has policies and procedures that are clearly listed. If you do not follow these procedures and your vacation is voided by the service provider, you may not receive a refund of your activation with Celebrity Productions. If this happens to you; you are to call Celebrity Productions at: 1888-873-8854 right away. Celebrity Productions is authorized to negotiate a re-instatement of your vacation package. Once your vacation is re-instated, be sure to correct the mistake and follow the procedures properly the next time. This re-instatement can only by authorized once.

   2.   Change of Mind : Because of the promotional nature of this offer; when you receive your reservation documents in the mail from the provider, you cannot suddenly decide you don't want to take the vacation and receive a refund of your activation fee from Celebrity Productions. This is not a conventional vacation offer. It is promotional. If you have changed your mind about your current vacation offer you may contact Celebrity Productions at: 1888-873-8854 and discuss exchange of even up-grade options of your current package. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

   3.   Personal issues : If an unforeseen circumstance arises, and you are not able to take your vacation within the time allotted, you are to call Celebrity Productions right away at: 1888-873-8854. Celebrity Productions is authorized to extend the expiration of your vacation package in 1 year increments. Celebrity Productions may also authorize you to transfer your vacation to another party.

Paying the activation fee of this promotional offer acknowledges that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all of these above listed terms and conditions.
